Everything clean, but lights mishap

We loved our spacious suite which had stunning views of the Andes. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us to nearby restaurants and offering great tour options right in the lobby. It made our family trip so much easier and enjoyable!

The room's lighting setup is frustrating, as you can't control the bathroom lights independently from the main lights, making midnight trips tricky. The lack of a coffee pot or tea facilities in the room is disappointing, especially after staying elsewhere with more thoughtful amenities. Plus, the absence of instructions for the lockbox adds unnecessary confusion.
